Formed in Glasgow, Scotland in 1998, Transaudio have released five singles and have appeared on various compilation albums. The band were signed to Arcana Records in the year 2000 and released the Uncut e.p. They then released th singles AT-XS and Frequencies, both on the Red Spirit Recordings label.
Frequencies was produced by dance DJ, Colin Tevendale.Transaudio appeared on the Smoke compilation album (Press Hat & Cigar Recordings) with the track Comedown and they also appear on the Frankie Miller Tribute album with ex-Thin Lizzy guitarist Brian Robertson with the track Danger Danger (Eagle Records). Other releases include Reset Zero and Dying Star. Transaudio have performed throughout the UK and and have also played in Holland. Venues in Scotland have included the Barrowlands (main stage and Barrowlands 2), Carling Academy, King Tuts Wah Wah Hut, Oran Mor, Capitol, Venue, Garage, Q.M.U, Cathouse and the Liquid Rooms.
Over the years, Transaudio have shared stages with the following artists: The Boyfriends, Ed Harcourt, Campag Velocet, Relish, My Computer, Fish, Brian Robertson, Dogs Die In Hot Cars, Joe Walsh (Eagles), Pat Kane, Cosmic Rough Riders, Sans Trauma, BMX Bandits, SAHB, Nazareth, Horse and the list goes on...
