Here's my update. I recently was promoted to Warrant officer 1 in the Army. I was married on the 22nd and I am here in ALABAMA with the army and my wife is back home in CT. Yes I miss her alot. SUcks right now but in the long run it will be better for us and our children. Yes I said it. I plan on having children sooner rather than later. I finally found the one that makes it all make sense. Her name is Adrienne and I love her so. Change has a considerable psychological impact on the human mind. To the fearful it is threatening because it means that things may get worse. To the hopeful it is encouraging because things may get better. To the confident it is inspiring because the challenge exists to make things better. Don't flatter yourself that friendship authorizes you to say disagreeable things to your intimates. The nearer you come into relation with a person, the more necessary do tact and courtesy become. Except in cases of necessity, which are rare, leave your friend to learn unpleasant things from his enemies; they are ready enough to tell them. I have found that in the society we live in today, people don't realize this and take this for granted. Protecting ones self and significant by avoiding confrontation and debate is not easy. It is a practice that I have tried for sometime but seem to be losing. Today's society seems to be straying far from any type of morals or solid ideals. How does this affect us? It allows us to continue in a downward spiral by becoming more desensitized. Be humans we always push any envelope, therefore, seeing just how far we can go. I guess only time will tell. ..
