Silvia Fusé:
I sing since I was a child, at festivals, songs contests, parties, competitions and…everywhere there is music.
I studied piano for 10 years and voice techniques for 2 years in Milan. In 1993 I finally got the true consciousness that ‘my’ music is soul and I joined the band BigliettiFalsi, a well known band of 10musicians in Milan, which has a repertoire going from Aretha Franklin to Otis Redding, The Commitments songs, James Brown. As leading voice of the band we toured around Italy for more than ten years, also participating as one of the two Italian bands present in 2003, at the Porretta Soul Festival, the most important event in Italy of soul music, taking place every year in Porretta Terme, Italy.
During those years I have recorded various dance music songs, with the most important dance recording labels (energy for ex) and some of the most important dance producers and names, such as Fargetta (Radio Deejay) and Larry Pignagnoli, Francesco Bontempi, Pap’s and Scar, and had various collaborations with Radios such as Montecarlo, Radio 105 and Radio Deejay (recorded jingles for the famous programs Megamix and Deejay Time). In October 2002 I was awarded best Dance-Soul singer for Italy category of the Music Awards in Brescia. During that year I had long collaboration with previous Eros Ramazzotti's producer.
In 2003, after one year collaboration with Pierpaolo D’Emilio (Dirotta su Cuba producer), I was chosen for the new Dirotta su Cuba song ‘’Legati e Liberi’’ (we had fun, video and song!!). That's how I toured Italy with Dirotta during 2003-2004 summer for some of their concerts.
In the meantime I started writing songs for Seyes and in 2005 a new band was founded,MotherofGroove, which is inspired by a rock-soul atmosphere, reinterpreting some of the most important songs by Sting, Alanis Morrissette, Prince, Etta James, Eric Clapton, Joss Stone, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder...
At the beginning of 2008 a duet with Mario Biondi and the start of a new wonderful year!
Seyes Resumé:
Seyes began their activity in 2003. Some of the musicians of this band have been part of Biglietti Falsi for a long time (www.bigliettifalsi.too.it), a soul and R&B band that have been playing in the most important clubs in Milan, such as Tangram, Le Scimmie, Capolinea, Tunnel, Blues Canal, Ramblas, Indian Cafe and many more for more than 10 years.biglietti falsiOut of this group the 4 Seyes musicians have been inspired by this previous group (Silvia, Angelo, Alessandra and Davide) and they have given birth to the new band which still has in its repertoire covers, but even tries to explore new forms of music writing and composition of new songs containing soul and pop sounds and atmosphere.SEYESSilvia Fusé: leading voice of BigliettiFalsi since 1995, she has done independent music experiences , singing different songs of dance music, such as ''The Lion sleeps tonight'' for Energy, Run to the sun for Italian Radio station Radio105 with Nick the Night Fly; two songs produced and exported to UK and Spain (If you want and Sometimes Magic) by MasterTracks; ''Darling'' produced by dance international DJs Paps & Scar (a Time production) and the radio tracks for Megamix and DeejayTime (Radio DeeJay). In 2003 Silvia was the leading voice of Dirotta su Cuba, a funky Italian band with which she realized the single and interpreted the video ''Legati e Liberi'', which became the official sponsor song campaign of Safe&Sound project by Renault.With Dirotta su Cuba she has made some concerts around Italy during summer 2003. In 2004 other 3 dance songs produced by Radio Studio Piu' with Corona producers. She has been collaborating with some very important musicians in Italy over the past years, among them Pierpaolo D'Emilio, Fabrizio Bernasconi, Silvio Verdi, Graziano Fanelli, Francesco Bontempi, Diego Corradin, Mario Fargetta, Larry Pignagnoli, Davide Riva, Luca Cacucciolo... She is Seyes' songs author and writes lyrics and music with Angelo and Davide.about me...
