Architects of Sound

About Me

LA natives John Day and Eddie Clay first met at Club Pacha in Ibiza, of all places, and it's been love ever since. Love of house music, that is. Simply put, John and Eddie are two DJs who are truly passionate about house music. J&E joined musical forces in 2001 and formed Architects of Sound with a clear mission in mind - to rock the funky joint! You must know of AoS by now, or have you been hiding under a rock?! Giant, Avalon, Spundae, Basic...yep, AoS has played at just about all the major dance clubs and events in LA. Over the course of the dynamic duo's partnership, J&E have been fortunate enough to share the decks with some of the world's top DJs, including Mark Farina, Derrick Carter, Miguel Migs, Paul Van Dyk, Nick Warren, Hybrid, and James Holden, to name but a few - an indication of the broad spectrum of electronic music they can deliver during their live DJ sets.E&J's interests are: playing music (loud) for others, funky rhythms, beautiful melodies, groovy basslines, vodka red bulls and tequila shots, really late nights, and watching all you sexy people out there dance to their music (of course).John and Eddie would like to thank all of their friends and fans for their ongoing love and support. Peace out!

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE CLUB?

For us, it has to be either Space or Pacha in Ibiza.  They spare no expense over there.  A close second is the old Twilo in NYC, which is now defunct (such a shame). ec.jd.
