About Me

Are you telling me you don't know a HERO when you see one? Well maybe you need a little direction. Alright check it out… HERO, what the f@ck is a HERO??? Hmmmm. Well Webster says:
HERO: "A legendary figure often of divine descent endowed with great strength or ability; the central figures of a movement."
The movement in this case is to push the boundaries of the music we know and love.
HERO gives us two legendary figures. Introducing none other than artist/producer extraordinaire Darp Malone and the incredible word smith E-Dot. The long time collaborators have finally combined their efforts on a full-fledged scale to create a sound that is considered to be nothing short of amazing. Imagine the last convesation with your kin, the day before you leave for war. Feel your stomach drop because you suspect the love of your life is missing. I mean she's literally gone and you can't find her. Music so honest and passionate, so wonderfully sincere and done so effortlessly.
There are no capes or panty hose, just soulful ballads and aggressive compositions. Somehow HERO manages to easily combine substance and intricate wordplay with moving melodies and catchy refrains.
Together as HERO their music utterly transcends time without abuse of trends and propaganda. Upon first listen one comes to realize, the future is upon us. The time is now, and they are here. Embrace them, and witness the conquest.
