Smile As It Dies was formed around the year 2000 by a group of friends in La Junta, Colorado. From the very begining S.A.I.D. has backboned themselves with the simple goal of creating new and unique music while never forgeting the enjoyment involved in doing so. Each member remains extremly dedicated not only to writing and recording original material but also towards providing a professional fan earning live performance. S.A.I.D loves to warm up the audience for other bands and is always more than happy to play any gig for any crowd.
