Born with it inarticulated until he turned eight, his life began to express the music. His musical talent was evident even in the 4th grade when he joined the school chorus. But the pressure of his peers and the hate from those that did not have the voice nor the vision was too much discouragement for the young Walker. Amidst ridicule that singing talent was not masculine enough, he quit after a week. But that hate made him stronger and more determined. He joined the chorus again in middle school, but he did not sing in public. Instead, he honed his musical skills and began to put his pent up energy into poetic lyrics. Only naturally, his raw musical talent and his lyrical expression led to his writing and performing rap.Even at that young age, his musical talents were not limited to performance. Walker started organizing and producing music at the age of eight in the only way he knew how, through a video game called, "Music Generator." He put the game to the test by mastering it a matter of weeks. There was no stopping from there. As the years passed and his exposure grew, his audiences and fellow performers began to give him monikers like "The Next Dr. Dre", "Prince of Beats", Beat King," and much more. He knew as everyone who heard him or worked with him did that his dream, his future was a career in the music industry. The only question he had was "When?"C-Roy, as he is now best known, has surpassed expectations.
