About Me
Well my life pretty much revolves around music. That is my passion and I'm lucky enough to make a living off it at the same time. I play congas, timbales and drumset primarily as well as sing. I've had the privilege to perform and or record with John Scofield, Chris Wood, The Allman Bros., George Porter Jr., Johnny Almendra, Oteil Burbridge, Kenwood Denard, Clyde Stubblefield, Fred Wesley, Karl Denson, Melvin Sparks, The Rebirth Brass Band, Breeze Evahflowin, GFE , B-Side Players, Benevento-Russo Duo, TOPR, DJ Logic and The Motet. I've also continue to enjoy main-stays in Deep Banana Blackout, Vinyl, The Cosmic Jibaros and Manchado. I am currently putting a band together with my sister Jen Durkin that will be debuting in the coming months. I live about an hour outside Manhattan in a city called Bridgeport. Soon I'll have a music page and probly loose this one.
