I went to BexleyheathSecondary Modern School, beleive it or not in Bexleyheath, and left at the grand age of 17 after getting banned from the 6th form common room for gambling, yes Gambling! The stakes were high, we played for polos, we never ate them, they were counters! We were at school, money was hard to come by! At 18 I joined Bexley Rotaract, and did all sorts around the world for the next 12 years including some international projects, my favourite was renovating an eye hosiptal in Bagamoyo, in East Africa. I was also National Treasurer for Rotaract as a country, and District Chairman for my region, District 1120, Kent and East Sussex, as well as Club President 3 times, and numerous other roles. Not to mention the other activities, going out and getting drunk, raising money for Charity etc etc!
