As you know my name is Lorna C. Davis. Let me tell you something about myself. I grew up in an upper middle class home in the nice state of Connecticut. I grew up in a town called Stratford. At the age of 19 I joined the US Navy. In the navy I traveled all around the world. My rate was Hospital corpsman. I served for 4 years. I got out because I got married. In my marriage I had 2 daughters. Crystal is 19 and Emerald is 1 6. I divorced my husband after only 9 years of marriage. I became a single mom! I had to work countless hours to keep a roof over the girls’ heads and food on the table. I heard about Prepaid Legal from a job I had when I lived in Hampton VA. I processed credit card applications on the phone. When ever I spoke to PPL Associates they were very excited about their work. I became a member first. I liked the protection it gave me. I got fired from the credit card company that I worked from because one of my daughters abducted and I had to take a lot of time off. She was recovered a few years later. Then I became an associate with Prepaid Legal. I didn’t question it I just jumped in. I wanted to love my work and make as much money as the associates I talked with did. I soon worked for another phone pool. One day I went to work with a bad headache. I wanted to go home but my boss wouldn’t let me. I was glad that I started my business with PPL at that time. The reason I said that is I had a stroke that day when I came home from work, in front of my 14yo daughter. It was not a pretty sight. I was under a lot of stress with my job, the kids etc. I couldn’t come back to work unless I brought a Dr.’s note. My Dr. would not give me one so needless to say I was fired. I couldn’t be sick without worrying about my job. I had to leave 2 teen girls by themselves in a new state just to make rent. Now that I have taken this business seriously, I am now supporting my girls from my business. We even lived in another country just because we could for 1 year. I was even able to take my business with me when I lived in that country. I am sure that you might feel the hatred about your work like I did. Just give PPL a chance and it can change your life. They say “money don’t’ make you happy†but you should see the smile on my face.
