Hey There! I hope your having a cool day, my name is Kane, and I love pizza, and life. I am 26 years old, and have had the opportunity to play in a couple of bands that made my life better! Exit On Cumberland, Lasagna Sleepover, Zeal For Day’s, and Of The Shire. I truly enjoy and love to play the bass guitar. I am at a point in life where I don’t have a band. So I plan on doing what I love, and starting this solo project called "Crossing Oceans." I am excited, I have a great friend Steve Sidebottom who is a big deal and helps me record! Steve you rock! I am a positive person that is very fortunate to have met some of the coolest people on Earth, my friends! Carson Palmer is my favortie NFL player and I just think he’s talented and cool, so go Bengals! I had the unique experience of meeting Dwayne Bowe of the Kansas City Chiefs and am a fan of his coolness.. not only a talented player, a cool/relaxed gentlemen! So GO BOWE!.. I have been in and out of restaurants since I was out of highschool and have a tentative plan of continuing waiting tables/management in my future if all works out.. I also enjoy racing canoes, eating, listening to Dane Cook, listening to music, the movie Anchorman, football, going out on the boat, and drinking Killian’s beer! I also love frisbee, Pablo Fransisco, soccer, the band 311.., a fresh cup of coffee, donuts, and even playing Twisted Metal 4 with Levi..(yeah the old version on Playstation 1..) lol.. I had the opportunity to do what I love, play music, with my cousin Levi and I miss it ridiculously! We got paid well, usually got hammered drunk, got free food and not junk food here(burgers, chicken sandwiches, Levi loved himself some chicken wraps with ranch..) and it was just amazing! someday "Of The Shire" might be back! Fast Times at Ridgemont High is a favorite among movies, and Dazed and Confused.. A Walk To Remember was one of the most amazing and sad/true movies ever and I enjoyed the "GoodNess" of it.. Blades of Glory is awesome, and 300 made me want to attact people outside the movie theatre.. I definitly protected Chassidy because she was on my left.. awesome movie! I like giving people hits in the 3rd, and a good HABAAM YOUR IT if your reading this is alway’s within my reach. Thomas Jefferson was very cool and made the United States what it is today that Louisiana Purchase was a pretty smart plan.. proud of you ole’ TJ!! lol.. he was a big deal. I like the city of Frankenmuth, and Torch Lake is one of the most beautiful areas in the world.. Camp 10 bridge has my heart as far as one place that stole my heart.. It is a calm beautiful stretch of the Ausable River near Mio, Michigan.. I wouldn’t trade my trips down the Ausable River for anything.. I miss my hometown of Grayling, mainly because of the river and my family/friends obviously.. I have learned many people in the Lansing area are amazing!! My buddies Ben Kastner and Woodgrain( you too Lisa!! :)) keep me at peace and are always there for a good time of relaxing and chatting and I appreciate them for that.. I am very fortunate to have them in my life.. Chassidy knows me better than anyone else in the world, for that she is amazing.. I love her! She has done sooooooooo many things for me, and put up with my bass and smelly feet etc.. for that + 2 :) she is a great person! My Dad is cooler than people think, and he collects sports cards which is cool, and my Mom is the reason I am who I am, and I love both of them. I have to say my brother is a polar opposite of me, but I wouldn’t ask for anything different out of him, he is great, so is his wife. I have a nephew Justice Anthony Madsen who makes me smile---even while acting like a pirate or making me play "Goldie Locks" the board game.. which is horrible if your keeping track..lol.. but he’s worth it! Neal Hyde is funny and cool, I like him as a good fun friend. Jim and T.J. Rankin are cool dudes from highschool I still keep in touch with.. Trav Pearl couldn’t get any cooler for a cousin, neither could his sister Chelsea VanNuck~~!! One of my best friends Chase is now an official cop and I am proud of him. One of the nicest/coolest/and best friends a person could ask for.. He knows me better than anyone, and I appreciate him so much.. I have had some of the best laughs with Chase, and jamming with him on drums brings back so many good memories.. he had the drums, I had the bass.. together I couldn’t ask for anyone else I would rather play music next to!! I love you Chaser Airplane!! My other best friend is unlike anyone I have ever met, Kyle Dewitt.. it is not often that I have met anyone like me, until Kyle.. Probably the coolest personality and coolest person I have ever met!! I have had some of the best times of my life with Kyle.. Laughing, drinking, listening and attending 311 shows (both our favorite band!!) listening to music and trying to understand it.. Tool mainly..lol.. we can’t figure them out yet! Kyle was there in my last bad relationship and helped me unlike anyone in my life.. just being there, making me laugh, and watching football did more for me than anything I could ever ask for.. I hope you know dude how much you mean to me!! You are one person that makes everyone around you better!! that is the most admirable thing about you, and you can get along with anyone/everyone!! Keep being yourself bro, and as you know, COME ORIGINAL and you’ll be fine!! Love you Kyle!! He is back in California know where he grew up being a big deal.. He is working for the Stockton Ports in Stockton Calfornia.. They are a minor league baseball team, so GO PORTS!! Can’t wait to meet up with him again and I wish him the best in life and everything it offers!! Dan Kovarik is hilarious to get drunk with and I had the time of my life on vacation being stupid and goofy with him and our crew also consisting of Nikki, Jason, and Mike D. I don’t like to wake up early.. who does.. I don’t like alarm clocks if your wondering.. I am a huge fan of Classical Music and enjoy/study the past successors and admire them greatly. I believe they were the best musicians to -date.. Bach, Liszt, and Mozart are tops of my list.. I really believe everyone has something about them that is great. I can’t say I have ever really judged anyone before actually meeting them. I talk to a lot of people, even random people walking down the street. I would say my gift of gab has given me a lot of opportunities, and let me develop myself into the person I have wanted to become. I treat every old person as if they were MY GRANDPARENTS...although my GRANDPARENTS are a little cooler! ;) Life is about being happy, nothing else! I wish you the best of health and well being... My core friends in Grayling are amazing.. I have a lot of great people in Saginaw, Reese, Mio, Rockford, East Lansing, and Gaylord that mean the world to me. I feel honored to have you as friends!
