Lost In Austin

Kyle Bengtson (Guitar)
Kyle started his professional career on guitar playing for the Uncle Jay show, a local TV show in Austin for kids, knowing all of three chords. He played in numerous garage bands in high school (one of them with fellow band member Marc) before dropping out of college to play full time for a few years. He's played in clubs from as far south as South Padre Island to as far north as Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Dave Donovan (Bass)
Dave has played multiple instruments in several different bands, particularly since he finally completed his long migration to the Live Music Capital of the World, where he met Brad Thompson (drums) as a member of the Austin rock band White Trash Cowboys.He is originally an East Coast guy who came to Austin for a high-tech job, but stayed for the music, especially blues and rock that is so easy to find here.
Marc Hafner (Guitar)
Marc has played guitar for many years privately; is an Austin native who loves all types of music, especially when its live. Marc and Kyle Bengston actually first played together in their high school band before attending UT. Even though Marc has been focusing on his non-musical career as a senior manager for successful high tech companies, he has never lost his love for music.
Jake Sherard (Vocals)
Once onstage, Jake takes the reigns and leads audiences down the path to wreck and ruin with blistering guitar solos, heavy-handed rhythms and all the while knocking back more jagermeister shots than Tommy Lee and Nikki Sixx combined.
Steve Takamatsu (Keyboards & Vocals)
Steve has played the piano since he was knee high and has played in various projects and/or bands ever since middle school. He moved to Austin last year from the live music wasteland that is Dallas, and enjoys playing the guitar as well.
Brad Thompson (Drums)
Brad started playing when he was in the 6th grade in Longview, Texas where he grew up. After graduating high school, Brad had all but stopped playing to focus on working and making money, but 11 years later, and a move from Longview to Austin, he ran into a buddy from home and the Whitetrash Cowboys were born. Playing various venues around town, the WTCs highlight was opening for the Marshall Tucker Band.
