He isn't even there to scare you, he just knows he's hilarious and
wants to share that with the world

L: I just imagine him patiently walking up and down your street at
night carrying a ladder and doing that in everyones window. you see
him climb up, then the light turn on and "oh! sanchez, it's you!
hahah... good night, sanchez."
light out, sanchez climbs back down the ladder and goes to the next house.
H: Hahaha. Does he tip his ridiculous little hat while he's up there?
L: or twirls his stache
H: I like to imagine him totally silent. Just beaming and twirling
that little stache like you have made him so happy just by looking at
him.

he sleeps all day and does that all night, and no one knows where he lives.
H: Haha Kids are all like "Mommy, where does Sanchez come from?" And
their parents just shrug, because Sanchez just is.
Many have offered him a place to sleep or food to eat, but he never
takes it. You can't tame Sanchez.

L: he just silently smiles and shakes his head while climbing back
down the ladder.
H: Haha. Poor Sanchez. He has a quiet dignity about him, even as he is
the most ridiculius looking human being alive.
L: they try to offer him food, and he just rubs his belly like he's
full and smiles.

L: kids leeave out plates of cookies for him that their parents
secretly eat after they go to bed.

H: Haha. Kids in Sanchez's neighbvorhood don't know who Santa is. They
don't need a Santa. They have him staring into their windows every
Christmas eve, a piece of holly hanging off of his hat.
