There are very few things of crucial importance to my sustenance, and even fewer things essential to my existence......Often in times of growth I'm tempted to think equations from my past are necessary for the advancement of life at hand… I'll start to factor in those past equations which I have deemed a requirement, but upon further observation I realize that they will alter the past, the present and the future, and I change my thought process entirely. To this I attribute where I am today, yet I’ve come back to the belief that the past equations are the basis and the reason for which life (at hand) exists, and what I know is that I must learn the balance of crucial and essential, sustenance and existence, and the affect I have on not only the future, but maybe more importantly the past. The temptation should be more than a temptation… Ultimately, I am in control of, and have the power to change, my past...but... do I have the courage, integrity, discipline, and honor to not just have but to wield this knowledge and make an impact within the opportunity and window presented to me?..i saw it on the back of a bumper sticker
