Waves’ Chatiment a été créé en août 2006 par NOD au synthé et à la guitare et a vite été rejoint par Luisy à la basse et au synthé. Waves’ Chatiment était alors du black plutôt lent avec du synthé ou alors des chansons d’Ambient pur et simple.
Quelques mois plus tard Luisy quittait Waves’ Chatiment par manque de motivation. Plutôt que de rechercher un nouveau musicien, NOD choisit de continuer Waves’ Chatiment seul et abandonna alors toutes les sonorités Black. Il entreprit alors l’enregistrement d’une première démo. Typhon Eternel fut alors créé. Contenant trois titres, Typhon Eternel devait sortir sur Imperial Toadstool Productions, mais NOD n’aimant pas ces titres (il n’étaient pas bien mixés, les samples mal placés, le son était assez mauvais…) annula sa sortie.
Il entreprit tout de suite la réalisation de son successeur. En décembre 2006, Ecume des Ombres était finie. Quatre titres, assez courts, et un cinquième, lui plutôt long, la composait. Ces cinq premiers titres doivent sortir en janvier 2007 chez Imperial Toadstool Productions.
En 2007, un split Waves’ Chatiment/Lunarkult va voir le jour.
Waves’ Chatiment was formed in august, 2006, by NOD (keyboards, guitar). Luisy (bass, keyboards) soon joined the band. At this time the band played some slow black metal with keyboard and some pure Ambiant music.A few months later, Luisy left Waves’ chatiment because of his lack of motivation. Instead of seeking a new musician, NOD decided to continue alone in Waves’ Chatiment and abandonned black metal sonorities.He began to record a first demo, “Typhon Eternel”, which was a 3 tracks tape and was to be released on Imperial Toadstool Production, but NOD found those songs shitty (bad mix, bad placement of samples, shit sound) and cancelled its release.Then he began to work on its successor. December 2006, “Ecume des ombres” was finished. Four short songs and one longer fifth. These five early titles are to be released february 2007 on ITP.2007 : a split Waves' Chatiment / Lunarkult will be done.
