BUT...
I'm sadly announcing [officially] that A LONG WAY FROM NOWHERE will no longer be :/ It is sad to us that we've never got to tour the US like we've wanted or play the warped tour like we've dreamed of but life doesn't give us what we want all the time. It's not to say we didn't work hard cuz frankly, we worked extremely hard and we took our music seriously. We didn't have any hook-ups in the music industry or any luxuries of that sort to boost us to fame. Neemiah had an endorsement w/ TRUTH DRUMS and we've gotten offers from 2 record labels; and never took any of them. It wasn't important to us. We may not have had the flashiest gear or biggest fan base but we did put our blood, sweat, and tears to this band - that's all that mattered. All we wanted to accomplish was to write music, play music, and then share it with the whole world. We wanted fans leaving our shows humming our songs - and they did. That was the greatest feeling for us.
The ride was long and had its fare share of ups and downs, but we wouldn't trade everything we've accomplished and experienced for anything in this entire world. Although this band has come to an end, we individually, will continue to grow - both in a general sense and musically. PJ always plays his guitar and records his music. He started college last year after graduating from Katella High and likes it so far. He will be 19 next month and is in love with his fiance Sarah. Not many people know they're engaged so shhhhh :x He drives a BMW 350is. Josh still sings in the shower and picks up his bass from time to time. He's a busy man working crazy hours taking care of what needs to be done. He is however going back to finish his degree in business. He dreams of opening up his own bar when the economy picks back up and promises me some big position, like manager or something. Sweeeeet :] Josh drives a Dodge Charger. (i) Neemiah, whom most know me as Jeremy, moved to Ohio to start a new chapter in my life with my beloved fiance, Courtney Lynn. I'll never stop playing music whether it be drums, guitar, piano, or singing. Currently I'm working on a solo project, Words We Dare To Speak , in hopes to turn into a full fledged band once I make friends in the area. As of now, since the move, I have no instruments but I'll be going back to California in April for my car, so you better believe I'm bringing some back with me. I'm finishing my college career in Ohio with the love of my life; later on down the line however, we plan on returning, home. I drive an 07' Corolla Type S.
Again...thanks to you all!!!
