PowerZone Wrestling was established in late 2004 by self professed wrestling junkie Tim Strom. Having already promoted several Stampede Wrestling shows in Lethbridge for the Hart family, Strom decided that he could provide an even better product. This desire to provide Lethbridge and Southern Alberta with a better entetainment product led to the birth of PowerZone Wrestling or PZW. In early 2005 a training facility opened and the call went out to find interested individuals with the dream to become professional wreslers. One of the first students to sign on with Strom's new venture was The Canadian Dream. Soon other guys joined the fold. Lil Hardcore Jake Welder, Kyle Sebastian, Bryn Watts and some other fellows joined afterwards. The PZW PowerShop has seen many men crawl through the ropes for a crack at fulfilling a dream. Only a handful survived. Those you see at the shows in the PZW ring are the survivors. They are the ones with the heart and determination to make it. Watch them as they grow and develop.
