Alex was born and raised in the Indian jungles of Madhya Pradesh, with his old friends Mowgli (aka the man-cub), Bagheera (the wise panther), and Baloo (the happy-go-lucky bear that everybody loves). At the age of 6, Alex managed to escape the depths of the jungle where he was constantly taunted by hypnotic snakes, groups of angry apes, and a tiger that just couldn't seem to wake up on the right side of the bed. This was most likely due to the fact that he did not in fact own a bed, rather he slept on the ground, and hence why every side that he woke up on would seem to be the wrong side each morning. Alex managed to swim across the great ocean until he found a deep sea diver's boat. It seemed to be abandoned only because the diver may have been deep into the waves of the ocean diving down to sea bed below. Alex climbed aboard and took a full scuba diving oxygen tank with its own fully functional demand valve regulator and nozzle, a face mask, a device that seemed to allow him to talk to sea creatures, and a salami lettuce and mayonnaise sandwich on white bread. He vowed to one day return the gear to the diver in question, all except the sandwich, due to the obvious fact that he ate it upon inspection. He geared up and jumped back into the water, continuing to swim beneath the rugged waves above which would have no doubt splashed him into unsafe circumstances such as the swallowing of water and drowning, which would lead to the eventual consumption of his body by either sea scavengers or natural decomposers. He continued to swim until he came upon a strange looking rift in the water. Alex stuck his head into the rift to investigate, at which point he was knocked unconscious by a large group of turtles that seemed to be riding through the middle of this rift at rapid speeds. As the group and Alex's head collided with great force, Alex was whisked away into the middle of the rift to join the group of turtles and other seas creatures. Once he regained consciousness, he befriended the turtles name Crush and his son Squirt who explained to him that he was currently traveling on the East Australian Current (EAC) that would eventually lead him towards the eastern coast of Australia. He also met a clown fish by the name of Marlin and a dory fish by the name of Dory, who were on the search for Marlin's son Nemo in Australia, hence why they were traveling along the EAC. Upon the arrival of his exit, there were many tears, hugs, and the exchanging of pleasantries between Alex and his new friends. He exited the current and began to swim to shore. As he staggered out of the water, extremely exhausted from the long trip, he found himself at a little campsite in a place called Elliott Heads. As he walked further into the campsite, he bumped into two adults by the names of Lisa and Ron, who took him in as their own child. They returned to their home in the little town of Bundaberg to announce to their family of the mysterious finding of this small child. Eventually they traveled back to their current home residing in Brisbane, as Bundaberg was their old home which they regularly visit. As they began to enter the outskirts of Brisbane, Lisa suddenly went into labor. Ron pulled over to the side of the Bruce highway and delivered the baby himself. From out of Lisa's womb came a girl, whom they named Stephanie, or Steph for short. As Alex grew older, he attended the Primary schools St. Anthony's and Padua Primary College, which eventually lead to his attendance at Padua College. These three schools were conveniently placed across the road from each other, which made travel routes from home basically the same, except from the time when they moved houses out to the luscious suburb of Eatons Hill. This completely changed their entire route, not to mention the amount of time it took them to go from home to school and vice versa. At Padua College, Alex made friends with a strange group of boys, who were a mix between talented athletes, talented mathletes, those who weren't so talented, all in different body shapes and sizes. The group enjoyed each others company, as well as the antics, journeys and adventures that they would partake in either at school, on the weekends, or during the holiday periods of their years at school. Many revolving around silly attempts to play a sport of some kind, paying out Elsworth for his horse-like features, or the surprised looks on peoples' faces as they were first introduced to Dominic "The Ultimate Man" Morris. As high school drew to a close the group decided to continue seeing each other even though we would no longer be seeing each other every day at school. It was as if a strong bond of friendship had been created between them all during their times at Padua. Alex's days of attending university were just around the corner and he was extremely excited. A feeling he would lose after the first 2 weeks of uni, except for each Thursday morning and sometimes Friday mornings where he would venture down to the McDonald's Family Restaurant just around the corner from the Australian Catholic University, aka ACU, with his new friends Pat and Mark. Although Alex had already become friends with Mark at Padua College, their friendship became more than just friendly chats in class or at rugby training. Pat was from the Marist Bros. College at Ashgrove, a school which Padua would play against in the interschool competitions each year, a school in which Paduan students have gained a great dislike for as they won most of these competitions. However, feelings aside, Alex decided to over look this trait of Pat's and befriended him almost instantly. Meanwhile, between uni, friends, and a budding social life, there was a secret side to Alex that many did not know about. A side that he had kept for many years from even his parents. He was in fact, the Kung Fu Panda. such a secret was unfortunately revealed when after cleaning Cinema 3 at his currently place of work, Birch Carroll and Coyle Chermside, when posters and standees of an up-coming film called Kung Fu Panda, based on Alex's training in the art of Kung Fu, only one of the many martial arts that Alex specialises in. A work colleague, Scott, first notices this as Alex unknowingly stood next to a massive standee for the movie. It then became public to everyone at BCC that Alex was the Kung Fu Panda. As unfortunate that this identity was now known to all, it came as a somewhat relief to him as he could now freely express his true self in the many forms of punches, kicks, and other martial arts techniques without anyone gaining suspicion. This is the part which we would eventually arrive at, the point in time which is where Alex is curently living at, aka the present. As Alex continues along his interesting journey of life as he knows it, I would like to point out a few things that you may have noticed at the beginning. As with Kung Fu Panda being based on his training in the art of Kung Fu, other movies such as The Jungle Book and Finding Nemo were also based on his life as he traveled to his current country of residence, Australia. The problem that the so-called-creators of The Jungle Book found was that it would be too unrealistic that people could misplace two young babies deep in the jungles of Madhya Pradesh, therefore they decided to take out Alex from the story as it would allow the audience to sympathise with just the one "man-cub" as if to say he was the only human in the jungle, leading to even more sympathy from the viewers. The creators of Finding Nemo wanted to make the movie with sea creatures as the major characters of the movie and humans only playing minor characters. Once they heard about a young boy journeying with Marlin, Dory and the sea creatures travelling on the EAC, they felt that Alex was too major of a role in the story, therefore they had to pretend that he was never there in the first place. As unfortunate as it may seem, Alex still enjoyed both movies as they were created, both in real life and in the movies. And now i must leave the life and times of Alex with none other than: To Be Continued...
