The 998 kick drum is a fat, rounded and snappy kick drum but with its warm analogue insides presents itself as a bit of a mystery. It presents itself under many disguises, eg 909, 808 and a 606 cowbell. Please don't be fooled by these as the real damage caused by the 998 is its relationship with the brown noise and were not talking tin foil n ......................PIPES. Anyway i could talk all night about this new phenomenon but its basically a load of bullshit so i'll leave it here !!!!!
