About Me
O Darkway foi criado no ano de 2004 na cidade de Presidente Prudente, Brasil. Contava com os integrantes Joso Neto (Vocale Baixo), Felipe "Crackpot" Araújo (Guitarra), Murilo "Presunto" Correa (Guitarra) e Gustavo "China" Tobara (Bateria). Cinco meses após a sua fundação, já estava gravando o seu primeiro Demo CD, intitulado "Rest In Pieces", que conta com 9 músicas próprias.
Após várias mudanças na formação da banda, em 2007 ela é composta pelos membros Joso Neto (Baixo e Vocal), Lucas Meneguette (Guitarra), Fet Wender (Guitarra) e Vitão Blacksmith (Bateria). Atualmente O Darkway se direciona numa vertente mais thrash, de modo que o som fica ocilando entre a violencia e a melodia.
A nova proposta deve ser concretizada com o lançamento do seu primeiro álbum, o "Violent Inertia".

Darkway was created in the year of 2004, Presidente Prudente, Brazil. The first members were: Joso Neto (Voices and Bass), Felipe Araújo (Guitar), Murilo "Presunto" Correa (Guitar), and Gustavo "China" Tobara (Drums), Five months after its Foundation, the first demo work was released ("Rest In Pieces", 2004 ind.), with nine proper tracks.
After a lot of "line-up changes", the band members are: Joso Neto (Voices and Bass), Lucas Meneguette (Guitars), Wender "Fet" Rezende (Guitars) and Victor Blacksmith (Drums). Currently, the band is rooted in a "dreadful" thrash metal source, "The songs still oscillating between violence and melody".
Darkway's new album (so called "Violent Inertia"), is ready to be recorded, just waiting for some fixes at the technical work.
