This is a singer songwriter who has been blessed with a natural talent and is fulfilling her dream. She has worked alongside artist to whom she looks up too such as Luciano and Soul2Souls very own Caren Wheeler, who had made a guest backing vocal appearance on Joanne's first proper recording (Sometimes) a track taken from Anita Bakers Songstress album which she released in 2000 (double A) single under her own independent label. Between 2000-2001 she sang backing vocals and co wrote with signed and unsigned artist, for love and sometimes not. Miss Ceeza is a brilliant performer and has performed in big venues such as Kentish town’s ‘Forum’ and Stratford Rex opening shows for high end artist. 2002 at the age of 22 she entered a girl group,managed by Rontom the founder of the 'Sugababes' she was consigned as the lead singer and vocal trainer. Whilst there she gained knowledge of choreographed dance and how to play an instrument, networking with some of the most recognised artist and producers in the UK such as Don-e, Omar and Richard Warwick, constantly in the media, she began to understand and appreciate the work behind the glitz and glamour. 2005 recreating herself Joanne began a new project (Musketeer Recordings) Maxwell D (Founder). Maxwell and Joanne were friends from school, who decided to combine and make what’s only good. Joanne brought a flavour into the group giving them a sound they'd never heard before. She has the knack to make every song sound great to its potential and she is potentially one of UKs greatest. June summer of 2005 they released a single and video called ‘I’ll Be There’ which received a lot of air play on most radio stations, Channel U an MTV Base. 2006 Joanne took matters into her own hands and left Musketeer to start concentrating on her own solo project, working closely with ‘Jetstar’ studios and other producers. She has had interest from artist wanting to collaborate which she plans on doing, so listen out for her.
