This is a collection of micro versions of songs that I've been working on for a long time. I made these micro sequences so that I could get a better idea of what I'm working with and then decided that I would love to share the tracks. So, here they are. Click here for the file (megaupload)
Nice bio UWN made for me :)
Octo/Octa (pseudonym for Mike Morrison when in the midst of fully formatted, polyphonic mania) broke forth from the loins of early soundtracks from SNES games like Earthbound, steady bassdrive sets and bands like Total Science and Germlin. His early sounds stepped from long gaming sessions bulging with pre-disposed, placated beats. Since inception, Octo/Octa has grown into shotgunned Lo-Fi squarewaves over jungle breakcore; armed with glitches, breaks and a handful of brickboys, there is a lone sniper in the tower at the Church of Nintendo.
