Penelope's opened in 2002 on Division Street in the Ukranian Village neighborhood of Chicago. We stock clothing, housewares, and accessories for men and women from independent and emerging designers. We don't pay too much attention to trends, and are much more interested in classic designs, lovely prints, lots of color, attention to detail, clean lines, and good quality.
