I asked Stephanie if she would walk up that hill with me. I started in bare feet in the mud patted down. A man came out of a shanti and introduced my journey with some kind of warning. The path through the crops. Some narrow blue Barns. Cows or horses moving away. A man smoking the flesh says "get away. I'm making meat for you, isn't that enough?" Seema runs over crops, farmer yells, bird man frightens cows away. I talk to man in barn with scarred face, melted in a spot on his cheek. He gives me a speech I run over the narrow path.
