Fellow foodies who adore as I do: snails (with tons of garlic butter, please!), tripe soup (mondongo and menudo are both lovely!), beef tongue (oooh, Korean barbeque drenched with sesame oil and sea salt!), bluefoot mushrooms (I like them in my mushroom pot pie), hot sauces (made with fresh habanero, scotch bonnet, red amazon) and smoked baby eels.
Mizuki Shigeru fans, esp. those who are into GEGEGE NO KITARO.
