EssentiaL Media Group was formed in 1992 in the State of California by DJ and Filmmaker DJ Ashen. In the beginning EMG was focused solely on filmmaking and film/television production. Through the years EMG has grown into a truly versatile media organization that now services a number of different industries and offers exceptional services that can help accomplish just about any goal.
FILM/TV PRODUCTION
Born as a film production company we still lead the pack in independent film and television production. With an impressive track record and an impressive stable of writers, directors, producers and crew we can make any dream a reality.
EVENT PRODUCTION
Since 2001 EMG has been producing some of the most amazing events, shows and parties in the nation. From Maxim Magazine to Red Bull and everything in between our events have always set the standard. Currently we produce the EMG SHOWCASE SERIES every year during SXSW here in Austin, TX.
MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS
We have a very creative and innovative staff ready to push your product, label or artist right out of the shadows and right into the spotlight. From street team management to online visibility campaigns and everything in between, there is nothing we can’t do.
