[email protected] Outline on3 DICE ENT. 456Interviewer: First tell us who you are Reni REEN Scott & how did 3 DICE Ent. 456 come about?
REEN: Well Im the Chief Executive Officer of 3 DICE Ent. 456 and Im currently managing 3 rap
Artist(s); Lebrizi, Ray Ray, and O.T. 3 DICE Ent. 456 became a concept by me around 8 yrs.
ago, while I was working for some major record labels as a promoter. At this time I knew what I wanted and I
went after it by networking and trying to gain as many connections as I can. I knew that in the long run these
would be some of the people to guide me along the way. Many label began to close down, leaving me time to focus
on my own label. This gave me time to take what I have learned and putting it to use. At that time I got together with Lebrizi, O.T., and Ray-Ray the artist I have today.Interviewer: How did you guys come together?REEN: Well ..Huh. Ray-Ray is my brother. Lebrizi has been my next door neighbor since he was like 6yrs. Old,
and O.T. I met him about 11/2 -2 yrs ago through Lebrizi when we got together to record a song together
for the first time.Interviewer: What has the experience been like since youve been together?REEN: I think we all have to admit its been hard and it gets rocky, but we still have fun at the same time. Sometime
we bump heads about things but then we work it out and make good music.Interviewer: What marks or influences are you trying to set for the Hip-Hop community along your journey?
REEN: See Im not just trying to target the Hip-Hop community; I want to influence the whole world. I want to help
particularly the youth.Interviewer: What makes the music that you hope to put out different from other labels?REEN: Well I have seen changes in the music industry over the years and music is still changing now. And to be
honest the music thats out now isnt real hip-hop. Hip- Hop to me is when a MCs that had a story to tell in a
unique way, music that made since. Not the noise you here today.About the Artist(s)Interviewer: Lebrizi, Ray-Ray, and O.T. tell us about your selves?
Lebrizi: Age: 18 Born: Harlem, N.Y. .well Im from Broadway and when I was young I always had a knack
for music and also found an engineering interest in the music industry. I use to watch entertainers perform on television just like other kids knowing that one day it had to be me on that stage one day. Later on in my life hooking up with REEN lead us to performing our first show at Justins and my dream of being on stage came true.Interviewer: Who inspires you?
Lebrizi: Growing up I was inspired by the rap group The Loxs. Really Jada Kiss, but at times my true inspiration is I.Interviewer: Do you have any other interest besides Rapping?
Lebrizi: Yeah. My true love is engineering. To me the feeling of sitting down and arranging tracks is like
putting Together a masterpiece. Then owning my own production company B.A. Ent. That is currently a
subsidiary to 3 DICE Ent. 456 .Interviewer: Ray- Ray tell us a little about you?
Ray-Ray: I started learning the Art of Performing in the 4th grade at the Boys Choir of Harlem where I later gradated from. I have a musical background that lead tome learning to play5 instruments. I later decided to take on a career as a
Rapper later hooking up with Lebrizi and O.T.Interviewer: What other interest or talents do you have besides rapping?
Ray-Ray: I hope to be a successful song writer in the industry as well as tap in to a little modeling and maybe some
acting. I just feel if I can continue to learn and Master the business well enough we can continue to nurture a successful label to inspire all of the urban culture in positive outlook.
Interviewer: O.T. tell us about you and who inspires you?
O.T.: Capital O., Capital T., is for Outstanding Talent, thats the best way to describe me. Ive been writing rhymes for about 10, 11 years now. I am and have always been inspired by my pops and cousin. Being born in the 80s and growing up in the 90splayed a major part in my life. A lot of hip-hop started in the 80s and a lot changed in the 90s. Thats when I started learning the syntax of rhyming from my cousin. Every time I hear another artist or beat I
think of ways I can make the song better or if my lyrics can give it a little twist. My goal is to become highly successful; I would say I want to be like another Jay-z or 50 Cent but the truth of the matter is I want to be like me and do it bigger and better than they ever did.So to everyone out there look for us really soon..
