Hair benders has evolved for 30 years into East Tennessee's finest salon. Our education director Sheila Ferguson owner of Hair Benders has been a Redken Performing Artist for 20 years. Governor Don Sundquist Appointed Sheila for two terms to represent the East Tennessee State Board Of Cosmetology and The National-Interstate Council of Cosmetology.
