Band Members: La'Del Kent works with and is a part of the very close knit family of CHAIN OF MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT. The CHAIN OF MUSIC family consists of artists from SOUND FOUND MUSIC GROUP, and PCH RECORDS. These labels produce such artists as KENYA, YOUNG MARLEY, SLIMM BANKS, and not to mention of course, the Prynce of Philly himself, "The Problem"- LA'DEL KENT! La'Del has also worked with Barbara Sheree, Dez, Dough Boi, Ms. Monica Kent (no relation), Ceasar Live Soul, Protege, and Chenelle all of whom are the best at what they do, as well as recorded tracks with producers such as the duo of Beats With Kwevo, The Klassikz, and De.Ci.Ble. Outside of that you have artists like Bambino, Wallowe E. Jones, Frankie Baby aka Mr. Braggadocio, Lady A, and Southern Comfort who have also graced the mic alongside The Prynce. Influences: When speaking on his musical influences, La'Del is quick to note that despite the many conflicting feelings he has towords both of his biological parents, they're influence on his life made him the man he is today, and they both serve as a huge creative inspiration to him. La'Del list his major musical influences as STEVIE WONDER, Michael Jackson, Prince, Musiq Soulchild, Earth Wind and Fire, New Edition, and Boyz II Men. He says that while all the rest (Marvin Gaye, Aretha Franklin, Donny Hathaway, Patti LaBelle, Midnight Star, etc.) deserve just as much mention, there are far too many great people who have contributed to his style, to name them all. To the rest he simply says, "Thank you all, and I love you."
