* The new voice of East Coast Heavy Metal is pleased to announce yet another release. DISCHORD – ‘Siege of Darkness’ is now available from Diminished Fifth Records. A 6-song, 40-minute extreme metal masterpiece that blends Old school Thrash, Death Metal, and hints of Tech-Metal with a strong socio message. Dischord is fusing the sound of dark cynical metal for the new millennium. The album will be available online soon and is already available in select stores.

* Also coming soon is highly anticipated new album from GALLACTUS, ‘Nine Mile Woods’. The album is almost completed, and should be ready for release in late September or early October (2007). The album is being recorded and mixed by Nathan Jones and is being mastered by Kyle MacDonald. Nine Mile Woods is a fantastic collection of a dozen songs which transcend various genres such as Stoner, Metal, Doom, and Rock. The album will also feature such guest vocalists as, Chris Lewis (Iron Giant), Alex Petrovich (The Mighty Nimbus / Georgian Skull) and Josh Hogan (Orchid’s Curse). This is one release that you do NOT want to miss!
* The 17-song compilation CD, ‘The Music of Artisanship & War: Volume I’ which focuses on the East Coast Metal scene, has been receiving some great press both, nationally and internationally!
