What it do?

About Me

What's good? This is a little something about myself.
- originally from the YAY AREA (the "U" to be exact: 94587......Union City for those who don't know!)
- moved & finished high school in Las Vegas
- joined the military because UC Berkeley UCLA did not accept me...but that's okay because I LOVE TEXAS & UT (The Eyes of Texas Are Upon You!). I also wanted a break before starting college
- attended The University of Texas at Austin UT & graduated in the Fall of 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- career goals & ambitions: to successfully complete the field engineering training with Baker Oil Tools in Houma, Louisiana & within 3-5 years, hopefully be accepted to the University of Texas (Hook'em Horns!) to attain a Master's Degree in Business Administration
- pretty laid back
- love to spend time with family and friends
- new passion: SALSA (woo hoo! and no, not picante salsa...the actual dance!)
- would like to learn bachata and the merengue as well
...anything else you'd like to know, just ask...

My Interests

- sports...especially college football (UT sports: HOOK 'EM HORNS!)
- i love to travel
- learning salsa, bachata, merengue if i have the time
- friends and family time
- running to work up a sweat
-working out
-listening to music whether it is live or on my ipod
...that's good enough for now.

I'd like to meet:

anyone who's pretty laid back and has similar interests as me...you know...same ole same ole...and, also, keep up with old friends and family.

Music:

- pretty much everything but country (mainly hip-hop/rNb/alternative...none of that whack sh!t)

Movies:

- pretty much open to any genre of movie. it depends on what mood i'm in.

Television:

off the top of my head:
- family guy
- sports center and espn
- whatever movies are on
- aqua teen hunger force
- dave chappelle
-discovery channel
-travel channel
-cnn
...etc, etc, etc...

Books:

i read a book in the fifth grade: "where the red fern grows". hahaha! ever since then, whatever was required of me for academics. that's all i have time for.

Heroes:

Gotta give it up to the folks. They were my inspiration to make it through the rough times. Military personnel should be thanked for their selfless service to this great country. They risk their lives just so that we can perserve our nation's freedom.
