I woke this morning with no thoughts... my head was clear and it was peaceful for at least a few moments. One day I will wake and I will be changed, things will be different I will be different. I will walk away- leave it all behind - travel through the mess and reclaim the beauty I once knew. Some days I get close... I leave for a few hours- I just drive. Nowhere in particular, I pick a street and drive. Some days I get farther than others but I always look back... crawl back with my heart in my hands and tears welling up inside. One day I will wake and I will be changed and things will be different and I will be different and I can just runaway to nowhere and that's where I'll be!
