Funk 'N Waffles

About Me

Funk ’n Waffles is an espresso-bar / restaurant / music venue in Syracuse, NY. We opened our doors January 16th, 2007, and have been rockin’ it hard ever since. Our specialty is Belgian Waffles, both sweet and savory, but our menu has a lot more than that... We feature Small-Batch Artisan Roasted Coffee from Ancora Roasters in Madison, WI. Our egg sandwiches are to die for, seriously. We use fresh bread, imported cheeses, and a wide variety of toppings. We also have Panini, which are grilled sandwiches also served on fresh bread. Our fruit smoothies are simple and delicious. We feature 8 flavors of Purity Ice Cream from Ithaca, NY, and all go great on a waffle! We currently have over 13 varieties of high-quality loose teas. And most importantly, PLENTY OF FUNK, rock, jazz, reggae, bluegrass, and much more. We have musical performances at Funk ’n Waffles an average of 5 days a week! With local artist-showcase night on Wednesdays, and touring acts Thurs-Sat, the ’Funk is the most happening music venue in Syracuse, NY! So come on down and get yourself a delicious meal, and listen to some great tunes. We spin vinyl records at our shop all day long... I created my layout at KillerKiwi.net
