I'd like to meet someone who's a self starter and doesn't need to be pushed to pursue the things they want. Someone who isn't always tired or not feeling well. Perhaps even someone who has their own passions that they would share and have energy around. Even someone who is a partner and co-leader not just a follower. I'd want someone that could show emotions either positive or negative. Without seeing them we never see if anything one does is worth it.
Complacency can kill anything.
