About Me

We are writing new material and have several exciting projects coming up - so stay tuned. Our brand new web site is being built and you will all receive an invite when it is ready!! Exciting times ahead.....Elektrum have a unique style of music, fusing together many styles to create a totally original sound which has a wide appeal. Claus is known worldwide as a composer & guitarist. Hurdy Gurdy & Secret Oyster are just two of his great cult bands. Ian Macdonald was with The Ginger Baker Group, Furniture, Separate Energy to name but a few. Elektrum are said to be one of the hardest working bands on the circuit and their live performances are breathtaking. Elektrum have released two albums namely: 'IN THE FAR FIELD' and 'LIVE AT THE OPERA'. Both these albums are avaialble from www.stoneislandrecords.com in CD format or download.
