I don't label myself as anything, I stopped doing that some time ago. It sets boundaries and limits who you are. I'm making the conscious effort to wake up every morning and tackle the day ahead as if I never lived before. New day new beginnings, whatever happened yesterday does not count. That allows me to be free and be as much of a decent human being as I can be, if that makes any sense.
