"Afficials" Dance Troupe HistoryThis troupe was created by a talented and intelligent young man by the name of Tyjuane Sharpe. He begin sing and dance performances at the early age of seven. This talented young man began performing with his sibblings over the years. It has been his dream to become one of the best dance choreographers.Tyjuane began working on extensive dance routines about three years ago as a dance coach in which he designed proven “Winning†routines. His heart grew fonder for teaching good dancing skills, and focusing on leading, following and connecting. He tries to ease his dancer’s anxieties by building their confidence and showing them how to have fun while staying in shape, and good condition. He enjoys it even more when he find individuals that he can work with and significantly improve their dance techniques. Within the last two years he has developed his own dance group which goes by the name of “THE AFFICIALS’.“The Afficials†have performed in numerous talent showcases, cultural events, charity functions, and many other events. Winning awards have gained them lots of exposure and recognition. This dance group consists of four female dancers: Raynesha Sharpe, Tanesha Sharpe, Kanesha Dudley, Mary Mitchell, and two male dancers: Tyjuane & Deonte Sharpe, and the manager Felecia Parks. We are looking for more talented and dedicated individuals.They work hard to construct winning routines and continue to do so in order to accomplish their main goal… to be one of the best dance groups in the U.S.!The Afficials have worked hard to get where they are today. They have been invited to perform in Entertainment Awards, Award Shows, such as: Big Tigger’s Celebrity Bash, the Nigerian Entertainment Awards, and opening for local artists such as: Darlette Gayle, Lyfe(rapper) and Nigerian Award Artist "NIERA". They recently won a local dance competition and was invited to perform in the MaDonna Grimes International Dance Competition sponsored by ESPN in Hollywood, CA.
