My name is Wist. I am one of the last surviving citizens of the planet Klaagya. My home planet was torn apart in a war with a neighbouring planet. Our enemies used a devistating weapon against us, The Queen! The Queen infected my friends and all occupants of my planet with satellite worms. The satelite worms attached themselves to the hosts spine, taking full control of their brains and forcing them to sacrifice one another for Pattern. Pattern is the essence of life, created from clean, living flesh.I attempted to kill the Queen and failed, instead i was taken over by her and made into a vessel of insemination. It is my job to infect as many as possible. The more I infect, the more Pattern I collect for the Queen.The planet Klaagya, once plentiful and delicious, was dying. So you can imagine how pleased I was when Stanley Tweedle and his crew came to visit. It was my chance to leave the empty planet and find a new home.But that was not to be. Kai, the dead one, discoveed our secret, and my intent, and killed me, many times. You see I am not alone. The queen made more than one copy from my body, each able to infect and control the idiots, that is the male species.In one last desperate attempt to flee the waste land, Klaagya, i attached myself to the Lexx, to be taken far away to more fertile places. Lexx was not pleased with my method and destroyed Klaagya, trying to protect itself. The planet exploded and took my head with it.But the Dark Universe harbours dark secrets; ways to bring the dead back to life (a secret i will not share with Kai, so don't ask!). Once living again I explored the two universes and discovered a small blue-green planet, Earth. I have already tasted what this planet has to offer, and i find the flavour most satisfying.
