THUN BIOTHUN was born and raised in the rough streets of Hempstead, New York ;better known by local residents as Da Stead. He gained a desire for music while watching his father practice and perform with a vocal band. At adolescence he begin to compose lyrics which painted a vivid picture of everyday ghetto life. Literally grown in the studio since the age of 11, Thun currently age 25 has exploded on many stages while reaching diversified audiences.
THUN is a true ambitionist, surviving the trails and tribulations of growing up in Hempstead and still maintaining persistence in reaching his goals. Adaptation and versatility are two qualities of this STAR, but he has many weapons in his arsenal to grab the attention of his audience. THUN has a mesmerizing voice almost majestic like, it hits the hearing sense and compels an individual to listen to what this talented young man has to say.
With his 3R philosophy, (Researching, Rehearsing, and Recording) embedded in his mind, THUN has developed the confidence that in his rhymes he takes an individual on a ride through the thoughts, visions, and experiences of the THUNPAPERCHASER. THUN has released a single entitled Playas N Pimps and an EP name Labels. THUN is presently working on his debut album THE GROUND IS NO PLACE FOR A CHAMPION .
