(I can't believe they killed Omar), ESPN, NFL, History and Discovery Channel (try watching it, you might learn something about yourself), wrestling (yeah I watch it), Nick at Night, Sci Fi channel, and I tried to get the cable company to take the Lifetime network off my TV but they wouldn't do it; however, I've been known to watch a movie or two with the right company.
