To be the featured artist of the month on my page you have to win the contest.
Now, here's how the contest goes:
*I will announce somewhere on this page when the contest starts, most likely the last week of the month.
*Then bands that want to be the featured artist of the month need to post bulletins and tell all their fans to send us a message with the name of the band they are voting for.
*We will keep a running tally on the front page so everyone can view the progress.
*Bands can be featured every month if their fans are that amazing.
