Elvio Moratto nato a trieste (italy) Studi al conservatorio G. Tartini di Trieste . Strumenti didattici, violoncello e pianoforte. Scuola folk di fisarmonca. Nel 1982 inizia la carriera di musicista in italia. Collabora con Ron, Scialpi , Renato Zero , Claudio Simonetti (goblin) vivien vee, Faber e Luca Cucchetti (radio dimensione suono), Full beat , Sempre nel 1982 Moratto inizia a produrre in proprio e le maggiori soddisfazioni le ottiene scrivendo e realizzando dei brani di fattura dance con Sabrina Salerno e Jovanotti. Nel 1984 insieme a R. Persi , D. Rizzatti e dj Ricci forma il dfc team probabilmente l'etichetta indipendente più importante a livello Europeo. La dfc crea Afrika Bambata , Glam , Ramirez, Dead or alive , Adamsky. Tutte produzioni riempipista. Segue una collaborazione tra Billy Preston e Moratto in un remake di David Bowie con il brano "Heroes" Dopo queste performance Moratto viene invitato nella partecipazione del film "rivelazioni" con M.Douglas nella realizzazione della colonna sonora curata dal maestro di tutti Ennio Morricone. Sucessivamente Moratto si impegna in un tour europeo con pseudonimo Ramirez assieme al vocalist Alex Quiroz. Il tour tocca Germania , Spagna , Austria , Israele, Grecia , Inghilterra , Scozia Irlanda, Italia. Dopo il tour di quattro anni Moratto si dedica alla consolle come dj e partecipa in tale veste nei locali di prestigio quali Cocoricò , Zona club , Area city, House Nation , Mirò , Keyess , Matis. Assieme alle serate Moratto continua a seguire le produzioni e inizia una colaborazione con L Airplane e cura dei remix per Tommy Vee, b.d Boulevard. Arrivando a oggi 2008 é uscito un album "Traffic" dove Moratto compare artisticamente. Attualmente é in progetto un best di Moratto riproponendo tutte le produzioni che portano il suo nome come artista.
