The King's Children Home is one of the very few such institutions in Belize. KCH is unique in that it was started in August of 1985 by then Miss Leonie Herrera, a dedicated lady with a dream. Mrs. Herrera-Gillham, committed follower of Christ, runs the Home based on Christian principles, compassion, love and sensitivity.Over the years the home has physically expanded, with hundreds of children passing through its doors. The Children's Home is a mission of faith, with GOD as the head and all other staff as workers for Him. The children are all taught to think of themselves as princes and princess, as they are the children of the King of kings.For each child that comes through our doors, King's Children Home provides:Secure housing,
