Alien Anarchists

About Me

This daring band has no boundaries, and fears no musical genera. The ever evolving sound and line up at Alien Anarchists has already put out 4 full length albums and is currently working on number 5 tentatively titled “Priapism”
Their first mixed tape was an experimental spoken word/Jug band, rave up, called “Instinctual Drift”.
The band’s next cd “live for the day” took on more of a drunken, folk/punk feel.
AA’s 3rd record titled “Uncle Daddy” incorporated more drums, faster time signatures and elements of hip hop and metal. A song from this album was “Sadistic” a song that can best be described as a Freudian punk/folk/metal fusion that caught the attention of 94.7 hits fm DJ Java Joel who used the song on his show.
This radio play greatly increased the visibility of this group. Alien Anarchists did not let this attention stop them in their creative pursuits.
The band went back to work right away and came out with their next release “Ear-revisable Complexity” that was completely different then anything the band had done before, 10 tracks of experimental, instrumental, electronic tunes.
Alien Anarchists made 3 videos from their instrumental electronic catalog. The video “Faces” featuring the song “how does it feel” and the ish crew, a video was also made for the song “the good old days start today” which was titled “Zuki” after the dog that stars in it and the most popular Alien Anarchists video to date “Hey Hey” filmed on location in hawaii. also check out the fun animated video for “Electric”. Also, have your eyes open for more videos shortly.
in the november issue of Fourth Coast Entertainment Magazine the band was given a great review by Adam Diamond here is what was said.---
Nov Edition - Volume 2 - Issue 5
“Hey it’s AD here and man have I got a group for you...Brushton, NY’s Alien Anarchists - man they load the double barrels and come out firing on “little red riding hood” I like the howl in the beginning and by the way LRRH is my second favorite fairy tale ever behind, “there once was a man from Nantucket whose...” well you know the rest!!!!
up next is “East” which the boys from AA couldn’t possibly have known is my favorite direction!!!!! It has the feeling of Early “Tea Party” work.
Next an ode to my favorite MONSTER TRUCK “Grave Digger” the tune is actually a Dave Matthews Cover...
they round it out with “Sadistic” witch BTW is the catchiest tune!!!!! check them out!!!!! Until next month I am hoping in Grave Digger heading east and Getting Sadistic on Little Red Riding Hood!!!!!! Keep the Horns raised to Rock....Ronnie James Dio would be proud!!!!!” Visit them at: www.myspace.com/alienanarchists ---BUh BYE, Adam
