HUMPHRIES INVESTMENT GROUP WHO WE ARE: HIG LLC is an investment company geared toward new construction, and redevelopment of distressed communities. The plan is to open up investment opportunities for the adults and the youth that lie in these communities. Our company educates on saving tactics, diverse investments, with an opportunity window to rebuild the communities to adults, and the youth.HEART TO HEART: No matter how much we want to turn our heads and only worry about our block, we can’t. We are responsible for one another. HIG is a company of second chance and exposure. Adults in this world need guidance and second chance. They carry children that follow what they do, and it then becomes a terrible chain reaction. So sense we can’t attack the whole world, we are going by neighborhoods. As you know children don’t mock what you say they do what you do (your actions). Exposing the adults and youth to something they are not a custom to will be a start. Our youth is in the slump because of ignorance and abandonment. Our adults don’t know how to prepare for the future, because these things are not in there reach. That’s where HIG comes in, exposing our youth to different avenues of life, so they will begin to dream again. Exposing our adults to investments will be a whole new world of opportunity. When you begin to make the youth dream again, there will be less teenage pregnancy, drugs, fighting, drop-outs, etc. When you expose our adults to something better than what they have, they will begin to act on it, and expose it to there children. HIG is the start of a chain reaction, which will touch generations.YOUTH CENTER (PERFOMING ARTS):Humphries Investment Group (HIG) would like to take the initiative to develop a fundraiser to build a youth center. The youth center will be designed to offer the youth the opportunity to learn more about how to establish and manage there own business. The youth center will also offer health education.
