About Me

It's Michele with ONE L and I'm an overworked and underpaid resident physician in San Diego, CA but I like it! I grew up in a small town in Oregon and while I love trees, I'm not much of a tree hugger. The northwest girl with her Birkenstocks and flip flops has not yet been trampled by the Californicated girl in high heels. Layout Provided By FreeCodeSource.com - Myspace Layouts

My Interests

I enjoy photography, travel, music, reading, working out when I'm motivated, the ocean, Disneyland. When I have the time, golf, skiing (snow and water), boating, and I just tried sailing (great fun :)

Music:

Hard Rock, Alternative, Rock, the occasional Rap/R&B/Dance if I can move to it. Jazz/Classical when you want some quiet time. Not much country despite my northwest roots. Probably my fav artists: Pearl Jam, Chevelle, Emery, U2, Coldplay, The Killers, The White Stripes, Evanescence, Jet, Jason Mraz, Dave Matthews Band, Diana Krall, Michael Buble...and the list goes on

Movies:

More action/adventure lately, drama is too much strain on my overtaxed brain matter. My favs: Pirates of the Caribbean (both), Star Wars (every single episode), Lord of the Rings, Indiana Jones, Goonies, Emma, Bridget Jones Diary, Romeo & Juliet, Moulin Rouge, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Finding Nemo, Fight Club, Say Anything, The Matrix, Napoleon Dynamite, Harry Potter, Disney movies...

Television:

Seems like a lot of Discovery channel, TLC, and the occasional reality TV show (Project Runway, American Idol), oh yeah props for the medical field with Scrubs.

Books:

Probably more bestsellers than deeply intellectual books, but I've read anything from Old russian novelists to your best beach/mindless novels.

Heroes:

Spiderman...but the sticky, web-slinging fingers would really drive me nuts. Seriously, God, my parents, people who manage to survive their demanding careers and have time for family and friends.
