Influences: When going back over my influences, I realized how many bands that I actually left out. So many of them have left so much of an impact and inspiration on my life and gotten me through the hard times and left me with so much music to write. Styx, Electric Light Orchestra, The Beatles, Meat Loaf, Queen, Kiss, Elton John, 80's New Wave, The Temptations and the Motown Sound, Queensryche - Geoff Tate and all of the individual side projects, Pamela Moore (Suite Sister Mary on Operation Mindcrime) - You have to listen to her new solo album "Stories From A Blue Room" (Queensryche's "Rage For Order" still ranks as one of my all time favorite albums). Savatage (Jon Oliva, Chris Caffery, Paul O'Neill) and Trans-siberian Orchestra (Jon Oliva, Bob Kinkel, and Paul O'Neill) who go hand and hand and Chris Caffery Rocks unbelievably on stage (and thank you for the incredible Christmas concert and gifts you so graciously gave to my daughters and I. We will never forget). Dennis DeYoung (Formerly of Styx), who has one of the greatest rock voices of all time and can still rock with the best of them even with white hair:), Alice Cooper - Who my mother got me started with "Welcome To My Nightmare" in 1975 and I've never been the same since. Manowar, Dream Theater (Congrats on 20 years. You just keep getting better and better). RUSH (Congrats on 30 years) The DVD was awesome, and yes I found the easter eggs. Bread, Air Supply, Foreigner, Journey, and Chicago who all wrote the soundtracks to our love lives. Freddie Mercury (The greatest showman and performer who ever graced our eyes and ears) May your music live on forever. Paul Stanley (who made it look good), Ace Frehley (Who made it sound good), Peter Criss (who made it cool to be a fan of Gene Krupa and Frank Sinatra while living it up as a Hooligan). And to the Hair Bands of the 80's who gave me a place to fit in - Twisted Sister, W.A.S.P., Manowar, Dio, The Scorpions, Stryper(Who made it cool to accept God and Jesus Christ as your personal saviors). Iron Maiden, Yngwie J. Malmsteen (Who made classical cool), Judas Priest, and Ozzy Osbourne. I know their are so many more to mention but I would probably take up too much space and get kicked off of MySpace.com. If any of you are ever in the area and wouldn't mind stopping by to visit a disabled former stage performer and singer/songwriter/producer's place to brighten my life, I would love to have you. Feel free to contact me through MySpace because I check in constantly. Till then, Take Care!
