Cortex Skateboards is a little company i'm running. I started out of frustration about those expensive American decks. In 2001 I began searching for info about making skateboards and by the end of 2003 I succeeded in making decent decks. I wasn't completely satisfied with the quality yet, so I continued experimenting and kept trying to do things better. Finally, after a good deal of trial and error, the time was right to go public with my project and in 2005 Cortex Skateboards was founded. Slowly but surely, the Belgian skate community is getting to know and appreciate Cortex decks: the only ones Made in Belgium.You can find Cortex skateboards at:
