I am a Danish composer, pianist, guitarist, singer song writer. I have been playing and composing music in a multitude of connections, directions and styles, such as comedy shows, composing and performing for rock bands, playing and composing in the Nordic-ethnic influenced folk-band KÆTTER KVARTET. For the last 4 years I have been concentrating of sharpening the material and performing of my own songs, mainly ballads and pop with a certain multicultural influence. Most of it is in Danish but I have also written songs in English. The lyrics in general being a blend of: Poetry, a certain kind of melancholic humour, balancing act between cliché and things that can hurt. Apart from love they deal with life, the universe, and everything. And if anyone should wonder, I DO know that the final answer is 42... I have been labelled "Authentic like hell" by a Danish reviewer, a label that reflects some of what I'm aiming at. The demos in Danish uploaded here are a taste of what will be included on my first solo album. This album has indeed been on it's way for quite some time, as other parts of what you normally refer to as "real life" have postponed the recording of some songs as well as the eventual release. Lately finishing my thesis on Keith Jarrett has postponed the proces once again - but - have faith!
