DEFsound started it's way in the year 2002, when Ziv Galili (Viz) started playing the guitar.
Later he met Idan Cohen (Former Guitarist) and they started working together on their own metrial, and covers.
Shortly after they met Yoav Shechter (Jojo) wich was then in the 7th grade, Ziv was pretty sure that the age diffrence won't be a problem, and he was right.
The chemistry that has been built up between Ziv and Yoav was pretty strong, Yoav was the first drummer and the last drummer they've auditioned.
Not long after the three met tal Akerman (Akerman), a friend that loved the music, and also played the Bass.
The four started working together on their music, during the help of a friend Tal Donyo (DoNo).
Tal Donyo always helped them in the making of the shows, rehearsals, and replaced Tal Akerman in audition during his stay in United Stated.
In the summer of the year 2004, Idan Cohen was replaced by Tal Donyo due to musical conflicts.
Tal Donyo mold the guitar sound for DEFsound to be crisspier, heavier and full of distortions.
Today DEFsound are working on their debute album and started having more and more fans through out the country, their next goal is to preform live in Europe, the United States, and publishing their album worldwide.
